What is going on at Twisto right now
We started in 2013 as the simplest deferred payment solution at online checkout. Today we are a daily payments app delivering seamless omnichannel daily payments to customers across Europe And you can help on our next journey of growth! We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Customer Care Specialist.
As Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for:
Contact with clientsvia phone(incoming calls) replying to chat messages and emails;
Activating customers;
Cooperation with other company departments;
Assisting customers in resolving reported problems.

Job requirements
You can work in hybrid model and during the first month from the office in Warsaw.
You have experience in customer service
You have a good command of English (used only in internal communication)
You have a university degree or are in the course of your studies
You are comfortable communicating by phone and email
You are communicative and openminded.
Your Polish is at least on C1 and English is on A2/B1 level.
