Job Description
As an Oracle Cloud Techno Functional Associate you will be responsible for providing functional expertise in the production support and maintenance of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Responsibilities:
Serve as an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional for supporting HR business processes and implementation support for Core HR Recruitment Talent Management Compensation Absence and OTL modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Review analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop enhance implement and maintain fully functional integrated and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems following IT standards and IT Change control processes.
Working with business technical and Oracle teams should manage the patch cycles by assessing and mitigating the impact of upcoming patches and managing the logging/working on SRs to resolution.
Develop training material and provide oneonone and group training as necessary.
Identifies technology opportunities to help with business issues. Provides input to IT management on technology standards and operations.
Qualifications
- University degree in Information Technology Computer Science or similar field preferred or equivalent jobrelated experiences.
- 13 years of work experience with in any two of the following modules:Core HR Recruitment Talent Management Compensation Absence and OTL modules implementation and/or support is required.
- Good business understanding of human resources and workforce management processes is required.
- A basic understanding of handling HDL HSDL HCM Extract BIP OTBI and HCM data models and tables is required.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Oracle certification(s) is a plus.
- Handson experience in configuring and maintaining Security Approval Workflow Rules HCM Experience Design Studio and Page composer Personalization setups is a nice to have.
- Exposure to Visual Builder Studio is an added advantage.
