We are currently seeking a Design Supervisor for our West Jordan UT office.
The Design Supervisor oversees project coordination and maintainshigh drafting standards within the department. This role initiates new projects by ensuring all required information is captured oversees documentation and effectively delegatestasks across the drafting team. The Design Lead also makes sure that revisions are taken care of quicklyand handles urgent project requests as they arise.
In addition to project oversight the Design Supervisor is expected to uphold workflow standards collaborate with management on process improvements and actively drive innovation within drafting procedures. This role is key to maintaining quality control and resolving any issues related to drafting or project .
- Project Coordination & Oversight.
- Initiate new projects by ensuring all required information is added into the queue.
- Send projects for scaling and verify proper scale handling.
- Ensure complete documentation is received postwalkthrough.
- Delegate projects effectively across the drafting team.
- Manage and ensure timely revisions when additional info is required.
- Handle and delegate urgent/rush project requests.
- Standards & Quality Control.
- Work directly with drafters to ensure established workflows are followed.
- Collaborate with managers to discuss and implement process improvements.
- Drive innovation and enhancements in drafting procedures.
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise in drafting or project .
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
