Your responsibilities
- Leading and developing an 8member General Accounting team promoting a collaborative and highperforming work environment
- Demonstrating understanding of general accounting processes and effectively aligning them with business needs
- Reviewing Profit & Loss statements and ensuring accurate and timely posting of accruals
- Overseeing fixed asset processes payroll reconciliations and statistical reporting
- Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external and internal audit requirements
- Driving timely and accurate MonthEnd Close activities
- Contributing to various ad hoc financial projects and supporting implementation of new tools systems and continuous process improvements
- Performing quality control checks to maintain consistent work quality and meeting greenlevel KPI standards
Your qualifications
- Experience gained in general accounting and team management 23 years)
- Solid understanding of P&L review accruals and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with fixed assets payroll accounting and regulatory/statistical reporting
- High analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and implement process improvements
- Fluency in English with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (knowledge of SAP will be an asset)
