Job Description
- Help gather and organize operating and financial data to support regular reporting
- Assist in preparing financial reports and dashboards that help explain trends and variances
- Support the budget and forecasting processes by compiling departmentlevel data
- Help calculate monthly revenue and review data by customer sales rep and other key categories
- Contribute to the calculation and tracking of sales commissions
- Assist in maintaining and improving key financial performance reports (KPIs)
- Participate in ad hoc projects that support strategic and operational goals
- Work closely with finance and crossfunctional teams to streamline reporting processes
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field
- Experience: minimum one year in a finance accounting or business operations role
- Technical Skills:
- High level of Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas basic charts)
- Familiarity with financial or accounting software
- Core Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and a love for digging into data
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
- Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
