Job Description
Doctolib is looking for a Tech & Product Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. You will be a key player to ensure we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to reshape the way we think work and collaborate. You will advise and collaborate with the Engineering & Product leaders to ensure hiring excellency while attracting the best talent.
What youll do
- You will recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare
- You will be a recruitment expert that drives our TA Tech teams talent attraction strategies; from building sourcing strategies to mastering closing
- You will own the end to end recruitment life cycle including stakeholder briefing sourcing assessment & closing
- You will develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive tech talent
- You will build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking Boolean searches and leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing channels
- You will drive expectationsetting conversations while leveraging data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders
- You will be an advocate for your candidates ensuring they have the best candidate experience
- You will focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance your metrics on quality of hire candidate experience and time to hire
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fastgrowing or scale up environment
- You have worked with a high growth staff plan in a KPI driven environment
- You have proven experience in direct talent sourcing techniques and tools
- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision
- You have experience collaborating and influencing tech and product leaders
- You have strong problem solving skills with a solutions first approach
- You have a user first attitude with the ability to listen to and understand the needs & perspectives of stakeholders
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform healthcare
- Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus
