Youll be the bridge between the work on the ground and the stories we share with the world. From interviewing internal project teams to understanding complex education initiatives your job is to distill insights into sharp engaging public narratives.
Your writing will help position ConveGenius as a Global thought leader in EdTech and AI in educationthrough press releases media articles video scripts and indepth project stories that inspire and inform.
What you will do :
Own Our External Voice
- Write and edit press releases media articles and project stories for public and partner communication.
- Craft compelling narratives that reflect the scale innovation and impact of our work.
Interview for Depth
- Collaborate with project and product teams to understand the real impact of onground interventions.
- Conduct structured interviews with key stakeholders and teams who delivered the work.
Write for the Screen
- Write engaging video scripts for explainers product stories or impact films.
- Translate insights and field stories into short and longform video narratives that move people.
Create Narrative Assets
- Draft clear highquality content for newsletters case studies and impact highlights.
- Adapt longform writing into engaging shortform pieces for leadership media and events.
Understand Then Write
- Break down complex projects into simple accessible narratives without losing nuance.
- Work closely with the leadership and communications team to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand tone.
Who we are looking for :
Excellent Writer Strong command of longform writing (especially journalistic tone) copywriting and storytelling.
Multilingual Advantage Excellent English writing skills are a must; fluency in Hindi or any other regional language is a strong plus.
Narrative Thinker Can build logical flow emotional resonance and strong openings and endings across formats.
Curious Researcher Willing to go deep into a projects why how and impact before writing.
InterviewSavvy Able to ask meaningful questions and extract useful insights from subject matter experts.
Scriptwriting KnowHow Comfortable crafting stories for the screen with attention to pacing and tone.
Bonus If youre skilled at using AI for first drafts or research supportthats a plus.
