Job Summary
The Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science at Drexel University is seeking to appoint a part time research assistant. The successful candidate will work on a research project titled Assessing minoritized student campus recreation engagement and belonging across Drexel and Lincoln Universities.
This study aims to evaluate and compare minoritized student campus recreation service engagement success and belonging across Drexel and Lincoln Universities. Drexels location and environment fosters translational research opportunity which will be strengthened by partnering with Lincoln University as the nations first degreegranting HBCU committed to social responsibility. A partnership across Drexel and Lincoln will add diversity of thought life experience and potentially attract prospective students for graduate education to foster a unique ecosystem of translational research. Evaluation of student recreation engagement demonstrates a pedagogical innovation that has significant potential for positive impact of all students increasing connection and fostering belonging to already available resources to demonstrate the value of placebased education.

This is a PartTime per diem/casual position classified as offered pay is based on the successful candidates qualifications and experience departmentbudget and an internal equity review.
