About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this role you will deliver consulting and integration services for new SMB partners helping them adopt and maximize Kaseyas IT Complete Suite (including PSA RMM IT Glue and Security solutions). If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and are passionate about helping organizations succeed through technology wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and efficient consulting and process integration services for new partners.
- Conduct needs assessments demonstrate product features and recommend best practices for implementation.
- Provide strategic advice on device/system setups to minimize support needs.
- Support the Sales team by helping scope implementation and professional services engagements.
- Manage multiple partner projects simultaneously offering both highlevel strategic consulting and detailed technical guidance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 23 years of relevant experience managing technology implementations using software tools.
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms Ticketing Knowledge Base Management and Document Management Tools.
- General knowledge of CRM ERP PSA and RMM software markets (advantageous).
- Basic understanding of system architecture and SaaS product integrations in a converged ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments and patch management best practices (preferred but not required).
- Highlevel understanding of networking concepts such as Routing Switching and Firewall/Edge technologies.
- Working knowledge of virtualization solutions such as VMware and Hypervisor environments.
