Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
One day allocated to studies.

About the role
You will assist in the delivery of excellent housing neighbourhood and tenancy management services to Livin tenants leaseholders sharedowners stakeholders and the communities we serve.
You will maintain and update the Customer Experience Systems (CX) MRI and the Durham Key Options system (Abritas) together with involvement in the allocation and letting of Livins homes setting up tenancies to succeed and assisting in the resolution of antisocial behaviour complaints.
About you
You will already have a genuine interest in housing and community support combined with strong customer excellence principles that will link to how we support sustainable tenancies. Skilled in the use of digital applications systems and technology you will have the ability to provide exceptional support that meets the needs of our customers.
Possessing excellent interpersonal and organisational skills you will be able to demonstrate your competence to become an integral member of our Housing team and deliver creative solutions that support our customers.
