DescriptionADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated analytical and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our sales strategy and . This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales organization through datadriven insights process improvements and technology enablement. As part of the Revenue Operations team you will partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive performance and business growth.
JOB DUTIES
- Collaborate with sales marketing finance and operations teams to enhance sales effectiveness through improved tools analytics and insights.
- Prepare analyze and interpret operational and financial results utilizing internal and external data sources with an emphasis on impactful actionable conclusions. Identify reporting issues gaps in processes and work crossfunctionally across the organization to drive timely resolution analyze sales and margin performance
- Improve selling results and overall efficiency within sales organization through behavioral change
- Own and manage sales data and reporting infrastructure (e.g. dashboards KPIs pipeline analysis win/loss analysis).
- Provide performance insights and business intelligence to support strategic decisions across customer segments sales channels and product categories.
- Assist in forecasting territory planning/optimization and target setting aligning with gotomarket strategies and business objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for CRM systems reporting tools and sales processes.
- Conduct root cause analyses and recommendations to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of the sales team through training on processes tools and performance metrics.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Business Analytics or a similar role supporting commercial teams.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to collaborate across departments.
