We are delighted to be collaborating with a premium brasserie nestled in the heart of Kent. They are looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join their team and create a variety of tasty dishes with a focus on steak and seafood culinary delights.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Senior Sous Chef
- 45000 to 48000 package per annum
- Guidance from a wonderful senior team

Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes for 1200 to 1500 covers per week
- Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to a team of 15 chefs/porters
- Assisting in the creation of new and enticing menu items as well as ordering rotas and more
- Taking a handson approach and creating a positive working environment
- Making the most of the restaurants access to highquality ingredients
