Your work environment at EXP

This opportunity offers a fulltime careeroriented position with our growing and dynamic team of Earth and Environment sector. This is a great opportunity to be part of major projects such as Parliament Hill LRT Phase 2 and multiple highrise developments.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Soil identification
• Monitoring site grading activities including limited surveying
• In situ density and compaction
• Concrete mortar and grout sampling and testing
• Asphalt sampling and testing
• Drill Supervision
• Soil and groundwater sampling
• Work closely with contractors consultants and municipal personnel
• The successful applicant may also be trained to provide support in the concrete and soils laboratory

What your experience looks like

• College diploma in architecture construction civil or environment. Preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of MTO CSA CCIL and ASTM procedures is required
• Previous relevant experience (including coop work terms).Minimum 1 year of concrete testing experience
• Valid drivers license and possibility to travel throughoutEastern Ontario job sites also required (upon mileage and expense reimbursement)
• Strong written and communication skills
