Are you passionate about helping others and providing outstanding support Style Netbox is seeking a friendly and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sandy Springs GA.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Style Netbox you will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring they receive excellent service and support. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and maintain positive relationships all while reflecting the creativity and professionalism of our brand.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
Provide information about products services and company policies.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (experience with CRM tools is a plus).
