We are on the search for a permanent fulltime Theatre Bookings Secretary to join our team at Greenslopes Private Hospital!
About the Role
In the theatre bookings position you will be responsible for the theatre bookings theatre scheduling and managing theatre will include liaising with surgeons consulting suites and all members of the theatre team.
The successful candidate will be able to build relationships engage and ensure open communication be flexible able to think on the run and manage numerous tasks at once.
About you
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable working in a team of doctors nurses medical professionals administrators and nonclinical staff.
You will also bring:
- Intermediateadvanced skills utilising the Microsoft office suite with ability to maintain data entry accuracy
- Previous experience in theatre or hospital bookings (desirable)
- Experience using Patient Information Systems (desirable)
- Experience in hospital mainframe systems (Desirable)
- A professional phone manner with experience managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Proven ability to work in a customer service focused environment.
Remuneration
From Grade 3 Level $32.44 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances.
