Overview
An established International Hospitality Design studio is seeking an experienced Interior Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD creating detailed drawing packs and working on design development of stunning hospitality interior projects.
The studio is located in a beautiful building in East London and contains a team of 15. This is a fulltime studiobased position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop interior design concepts for hospitality projects
- Produce detailed drawing packs for construction and fitout
- Ensure design concepts comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture or related field
- Over 6 years of experience in interior design with a focus on hospitality projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of joinery detailing and construction methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Daytoday
- Working closely with the design team to develop and refine interior design concepts
- Creating detailed drawing packs and joinery detailing
- Coordinating with external consultants and contractors
- Ensuring design concepts meet regulatory requirements and project standards
