The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Job Duties:
Oversees all aspects of financing and leasing new and preowned vehicle contacts
Works with Sales Management in all areas of financing customers keeping them and client advisors informed of the status of contracts
Maximizes products sold on each vehicle transaction
Understand Manufacturer programs as well as other finance sourcing options
Communicate to client advisors all relevant information about finance programs
Review contracts ensuring that all paperwork is properly submitted to financial sources
Ensure compliance with company policy and legal requirements
Report the approval status of customer contracts to the respective client advisors
Work with finance sources to maximize customer approvals
Understand and comply with federal state and local regulations that affect the sales
Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale
Partners with sales manager to achieve desired sales department financial goals
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred and 2 years of related sales experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relevant Work Experience:
2 years of dealership sales experience in various aspects of the sales department or similar related work; experience working with computer systems finance programs and sales principles concepts and sales department operations.

Regular FullTime

Temporary or PartTime
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave parttime and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $10000$20000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
