Permanent fulltime opportunity.
This position contributes to the delivery of Councils strategic plans development controls and policies; by providing certification relating to subdivision works in our urban release areas and for other types of significant developments across the Penrith Local Government Area together with providing engineering advice on strategic planning matters proposals for rezoning and voluntary planning agreements; and ensuring that development and infrastructure works are planned designed and delivered to meet legislative requirements & Councils strategic & operational objectives.
Access to a Leaseback Vehicle is available with this position; however it is not a condition of employment.
Commencing Salary:A competitive salary will be negotiated with the preferred applicant with a package up to $150219.90 including 3.5 Civil Liabilities Allowance and 11.5 Superannuation.

You will be required to undertake employment checks which may include a Criminal History Check Qualification Check Working with Children Check Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test as relevant to the position for which you have applied. Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council for review in order to progress through the recruitment process.
