How Youll Make an Impact
- Develop and propose costout ideas that drive customer value.
- Identify opportunities to enhance factory productivity and increase capacity.
- Lead projects from concept to implementation independently or as part of a team.
- Present datadriven insights and compelling business cases to support costout initiatives.
- Prepare detailed business cases and implementation plans for project approvals.
- Monitor and report on project progress capturing business impact.
- Collaborate with engineers across North America and globally to share best practices.
- Introduce new products solutions and materials to your local factory.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in the U.S.
- Prior power transformer knowledge and design experience.
- Experience executing and delivering costout projects and savings.
