Job Description
The Sales Production Management team at JPMorgan Chase is responsible for supporting proprietary and external technology platforms powering the Sales business along with its user base of salespeople and external clients. The team supports a diverse array of modern platforms encompassing salestrader workflow across multiple Fixed Income asset classes pricing and analytics.
As a Technology Support III team member in Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Technology Markets Technology team you will ensure the operational stability availability and performance of our production application you are passionate about technology and enjoy working in a dynamic environment this role is for you. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor environments and address issues to improve operations.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in STEM or related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technical support or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience in financial services or investment banking.
- Familiarity with tools like Python Unix SQL Geneos Splunk Dynatrace Grafana.
