Hub Delivery is looking for a Program Manager with proven project management experience to own strategic tactical crossfunctional and technology projects and programs. This role requires scoping and creating project plans developing processes coordinating and driving and communicating to senior management on status risks and process/product changes. Crossteam coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential.
A highly analytical candidate with program/project management or operations experience is an ideal fit as this role will require crossfunctional partnership with multiple teams (Tech Operations Analytics Finance Workforce Planning Delivery and other teams) to lead influence and support business critical projects and initiatives.
You will be expected to interact with seniorlevel audiences to provide updates and make strategic recommendations that will achieve the longterm vision for optimal balance between business need and operator experience. Documentation of requirements project management and crossteam coordination skills are essential.
Key job responsibilities Designing and modeling new operations processes for developing business needs to improve quality cost and scalability goals as critical outputs Improve Middle Mile Connectivity and Speed for the Hub Delivery Program Optimize Middle Mile cost Build partners with NASC multi use team to expand the colocation program Gathering and analyzing data across order fulfillment functions to establish global standards for operations in partnership with cross functional teams Building strong partnership with operations field leaders to understand improvement opportunities Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward solves Leading project teams to plan organize and execute complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes Innovating to improve partner experience and continuously remove cost from our network Designing new metrics and enhancing existing metrics to support the future state of the business
5 years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
