33 of commission paid upfront
Basic Salary: 28000

What Youll Do:

  • Sell energy consultancy services to SME clients via phone and in person

  • Convert leads close deals and build a healthy sales pipeline

  • Attend SME expos and networking events to drive new business

  • Deliver standout customer experiences throughout the sales process

  • Collaborate with internal teams on crosssell opportunities and campaigns

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings

What You Bring:

  • At least 1.5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (any industry)

  • Proven ability to hit and exceed targets

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills

  • Selfmotivation drive and a hunger to succeed

  • A natural relationship builder who thrives in a fastpaced environment

  • Competent with CRM systems and standard office software
