About the role:
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Workplace Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flagship 9200 sqm building. In this key leadership role youll manage facilities vendor contracts workplace services tenant relations travel and securityall while ensuring an efficient secure and collaborative work environment.
Lead daily operations across reception security catering events and workspace services.
Manage a monthly budget and ensure all workplace systems run smoothly.
Oversee tenant relations lease agreements and service billing.
Ensure compliance with travel policies and building security protocols.
Collaborate with ICT and contractors to maintain high workplace standards.
About you:
Proven experience in facilities workplace or operations management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Budget oversight and financial reporting experience.
Knowledge of workplace systems lease management and building compliance.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
