This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Assist in the development of shortterm and longerterm brand strategies for Theraflu a purposedriven humanityfocused brand
Build brand equity as measured by brand share performance and brand loyalty
Measure performance and identify drivers and drainers across the business to drive marketing effectiveness and consumption growth
Develop strategies and lead the of national brand programs including consumer promotion social media digital ecosystem management and shopper programs designed to engage consumers at retail
Help drive Theraflus ecommerce strategy and tactics in line with brand strategy
Help with the of a robust innovation pipeline
Assist in the development and of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand strategy including advertising promotion pricing and customer marketing strategy
Support media strategy and planning and its integration into the brand planning cycle
Work with external agencies to execute the plan
Manage the brand budget to optimize spending
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelors Degree
2 years of commercial marketing and/or related experience (i.e. brand management market
research consumer behavior business analysis customer strategy)
Strong working knowledge of IRI (Circana) / Nielsen consumption drivers and drainers
Strong communication skills
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated analytical ability to understand and report data to drive business decisions
Financial acumen including understanding of P&L ROI and marketing modeling mix
Experience in brand activations including promotional planning and digital commerce
Cross functional collaboration
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field
Knowledge of seasonal categories as well as NDA regulatory environment
Prior experience working in global brands
Prior experience commercializing new product innovation
Digital marketing experience
Proven track record of delivering financial results
Proven expertise managing and motivating outside agencies and vendors
Prior experience influencing senior leadership and crossfunctional partners

The salary range for this role is $101938 $140164USD annually bonus
