Your team
Join a team of experienced Leads and Analysts overseeing third parties adapting to evolving UK regulation.
You will take a lead in overseeing our critical outsourced and third party arrangements. In doing so you will contribute to the safety resiliency and efficiency of our performance as UK financial market infrastructure.
Your expertise
Support the management of partnerships between EUI and external collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Lead on the effective delivery and monitoring of EUIs outsourced and third party arrangements
- Lead on performing third party risk assessments actively identifying monitoring and managing risks
- Ensure that regular service dialogue meetings with third parties are conducted and management information and data is prepared to support this
- Reviewing the ongoing relevance of key performance indicators with senior collaborators
- Regularly create and prepare dashboards and reporting of the performance of our third parties
- Support senior collaborators in making sure that cost control and services received in return align with agreements
- Maintain understanding of outsourcing and thirdparty oversight standard methodology identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes
- Act as a point of contact regarding oversight queries or issues
- Ensure that outsourced and thirdparty arrangements continue to adhere to contractual agreements governance documents policies and procedures
- Represent EUI in industry events UK market working groups initiatives and committees and guide EUI in its methodology
- Maintain and implement EUIs Outsourcing and Third Party Management policies and procedures
- Keep informed of and up to speed with evolving Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management UK Regulation and implement maturing processes in accordance with regulation
Expertise
- A person who can work well under pressure and at times within tight deadlines
- Comfortable interacting with senior collaborators both within Euroclear and externally with our Outsourced and Third Parties
- Excellent spoken and written English
- MS Office desktop applications
- Understanding of the current regulatory environment in the UK financial services industry
- Desirable but not essential is working knowledge of the CREST settlement system
