The Product Design team at AutoScout24 ensures that we create the right products to deliver delight to customers by working closely with crossfunctional partners to establish best practices and processes develop an endtoend product rollout plan align crossfunctional stakeholders on strategy track and communicate business metrics and help scale product knowledge throughout the organisation.
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team. You will work in a dynamic collaborative team in our Munich or Berlin offices. Our work format is hybrid and we meet in the office twice a week.
What Youll Do
- Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers engineers UX researchers and content designers
- Have an endtoend responsibility for a specific product design experience
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of AutoScout24 products
- Translate analysis and research insights into new ideas and concepts with the help of our analysis and research teams
- Facilitate strategic conversations and meetings to drive progress against goals
- Represent design in a variety of forums with product engineering
- Constantly push your limits and look for opportunities to improve
- Be an active part and contribute to our design community.
What You Bring
- 5 years of inhouse experience as a Product Designer in a software development environment for ecommerce/marketplaces or similar to that
- Strong UX design skills showcased in your portfolio
- Experience in mentoring less seasoned designers as well as strong communication & facilitation skills written and verbal
- Critical eye for highcraft design and desire to challenge the status quo and aim for UI excellence
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions
- Experience working directly with Visual and Product Designers UX Researchers and Writers
- Experience developing product goals identifying opportunities and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company
