We are looking for a talented and experienced B2B2C Product Development Manager who not only drives the future of insurance and B2B2C embedded services innovation such orchestration platforms or digital solutions but also acts as a businessoriented sales professional. This individual will serve as a vital liaison between internal stakeholders ensuring alignment and collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our customers needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crossfunctional teams and businessplanning processes in driving product and digital solution planning.
• Analyze customer needs market trends and potential partnerships.
• Assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive gotomarket strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering marketing and sales for successful product launches.
• Create positioning and messaging that sets our orchestration platform apart.

This professional will be based in either Barcelona Spain or Malakoff France!

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in product design engineering or related fields business oriented.
• 35 years of experience in product management focused on digital B2B2C ecommerce or platform solutions.
• Proven success in overseeing the product development lifecycle.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to bridge business and technical needs.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire crossfunctional teams.
• Indepth understanding of the insurance market and emerging trends.
