Job Description
A growing organization is seeking a savvy NHTD Intake Specialist fluent in both English and Russian to manage a caseload. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills the ability to work with a diverse clientele and a Bachelors degree.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and process intake cases for the NHTD program ensuring all required information is collected accurately.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Russianspeaking clients assisting with the intake process.
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare providers clients and families to ensure smooth transitions and accurate service delivery.
- Ensure all case information is documented accurately in the system.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address questions and provide updates.
- Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with program regulations and requirements.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Fluency in both English and Russian is essential.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience in healthcare or case management is a plus but not required.
