Now we are seeking a professional Publisher Success Manager to build and scale our cooperation with our publishers.
What Youll Do:
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with existing publishers in the market
Monitor and maintain a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients on a daily basis
Optimize to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation
Constantly serve as a point of contact for the publishers to support and respond to needs from the clients side
Negotiate with our clients about new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions
Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and crossdepartments
Who you are:
3 years of experience in a clientfacing role within the digital media or online publishing sector
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills dedicated to exceeding client expectations
Strong communication skills efficient interaction with different personality types
Deep understanding of the Italian digital market
Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers
Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends
Masters/Bachelors Degree (Marketing International Relations International Business Communications preferred but not required)
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience in Client Service roles
Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus
