About
As an Innovation Manager at GlassDollar youll connect startups with corporations to tackle key challenges through impactful ProofofConcept (PoC) projects. Youll bridge technical solutions with business needs driving collaborations that shape the future of industries like automotive energy and finance.
Responsibilities
  • Lead highimpact PoC projects strategically bridging startups with corporations in industries such as automotive energy finance and manufacturing.
  • Be thetrusted advisor translating technical startup solutions intotangible business impact for corporate clients.
  • Proactivelydrive collaborations ensuring seamless communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
  • Scout and recommend the bestfit startup solutions using your technical acumen and deep understanding of corporate needs.
  • Leverage yourcorporate and startup network to scale successful partnerships and champion impactful solutions.
  • Track and measure PoC performance focusing oncreating longlasting value for both corporations and startups.
Your profile
  • Persuasive communicator: You can distill complex technologies into clear actionable recommendations and inspire stakeholders to test innovative solutions.
  • Innovation experience: Proven success in managing highstakes innovation projects ideally in fastpaced environments or deep tech sectors.
  • Strategic problem solver: You thrive on working autonomously juggling multiple projects and bringing creative solutions to corporate challenges.
  • Technologically savvy: Strong ability to grasp new technologies quickly and understand their business applications.
  • Strong network: A wellestablished network in the corporate and startup world with the ability to foster new relationships and drive collaborations.
  • Venture Clienting expertise: Experience in venture clienting or working with corporatestartup partnerships is highly valuable.
