Full time Retail Manager Position Available Maribybaths Pty Ltd
Location: 8A/169 Rosamond Road Maribyrnong Vic 3032
Employment Type: FullTime 38 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daytoday operations of the retail store to ensure efficient and effective management
Lead mentor and manage staff including rostering training and performance evaluation
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage inventory levels stock ordering and supplier relationships
Ensure the stores presentation cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries
Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports
Implement promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement
Advise customers on bathroom design solutions ensuring they receive expert guidance throughout the buying process
Salary Range: $75000 $80000 per annum (excluding benefits)
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail management role
Experience in bathroom sales or home improvement retail is highly desirable
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage budgets analyse sales data and drive business growth
Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
