The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Chittenango is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Coordinator to become an essential part of our team.

Human Resources Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination:Administer a variety of HR programs and activities including employee relations benefits administration PTO management.

  • Payroll Management:Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely.

  • HR Support:Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues such as pay staffing and benefits providing clear and concise information.

  • Recruitment Assistance:Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs serve as a point of contact conduct interviews screen candidates and onboard new employees.

  • Employee Relations:Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes.

  • Record Maintenance:Maintain accurate employee records and files ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Administrative Support:Provide additional administrative support as required.

Human Resources Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent .

  • Knowledge of HR policies federal/state/local employment laws and best practices.

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and work collaboratively with others.

  • Bachelors Degree in any concentration (preferred).

  • 23 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
