Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manager Accounting (R2R) to join our GLBL BusSvcs RTR Global Finance Services Division.

The incumbent would perform Record To Report (RTR) activities (expert) for Global entities (US UK APAC) as part of Centre of Excellence (COE) team from Bangalore Global Business Services (GBS) Organization.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore Whitefield Office

What you will do

  • Role Definition
    Provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management.

Responsibilities
Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating analysing and reporting of consolidated financial results.


What you will have.

  • Qualified CA with 68 Years relevant work experience or Qualified CMA/MBA/CA Inter with 912 Years relevant work experience in RTR accounting month end closings balance sheet reconciliations etc.
  • This includes application of accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS/IND AS) especially in the areas pertaining to Loans Leases Financial Instruments Borrowings etc.
  • Experience of working in Oracle ERP is highly preferable
  • Experience of working in captive accounting service centres or large corporates with Financial Services nature of business is preferable
  • Expert Data Analytical skills and Interpretation of results
  • Fluent in understanding and resolving accounting/business issues
  • Flexibility to work in US Shift 03:00pm12:00AM IST/Month end06:00PM 03:00AM IST)
  • 5 Days work from Office.

Analyzes errors or inaccuracies in financial reports.
Uses basic tools to create simple financial reports.
