Now were looking for a Senior Sales Manager to close highvalue deals expand our presence in the DACH market and strengthen relationships with media agencies direct advertisers and performancedriven brands. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fastgrowing environment drive sales success value lean processes and want the flexibility to shape their impact while driving change in the AdTech landscape.

What will you do:

  • Develop & Execute Lead a winning sales strategy to expand our DACH presence.

  • Close HighValue Deals Sell to media agencies performance advertisers brands and product owners.

  • Own the Pipeline Manage a strong portfolio of leads from prospecting to close.

  • Educate & Influence Position MGID as an essential part of modern advertising strategies.

  • Drive Growth Accurately forecast revenue and new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate for Success Work with Sales Account Management and Marketing to exceed targets.

  • Shape the Industry Represent MGID at key conferences events and client meetings.

  • Fuel Innovation Provide strategic input on new ad formats products and revenue models.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 6 years of experience in digital media sales in the DACH market.

  • Expert in AdTech & Performance Marketing Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends.

  • Wellconnected Established network with media agencies and direct advertisers in DACH.

  • Datadriven & strategic You dont just sell; you analyze optimize and scale.

Languages proficiency:

Fluent in German & English Confident in pitching negotiating and closing deals in both languages.
