Job Summary
The Operations Excellence Specialist provides business analysis services for the Operations Excellence Category Management Support and Headquarters Disaster Response Management (DRM) teams. The focus of this position is to work closely with cross functional departments to collect and analyze data related to franchise growth program and technology adoption and process improvement initiatives. Additionally this role will maintain an ongoing spreadsheet of projects to help leadership understand and resolve resource constraints and provide thought leadership and support to strategy development with the Strategic Operations Leadership team. The Operations Excellence Specialist will also assist in analyzing data to support larger projects including resource development and transfer to training platforms in partnership with the Franchise Learning and Development organization.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualification (Knowledge Skills and Abilities)
Education
Bachelors Degree required in Business Administration Management or the equivalent combination of education training and work experience.
Working Conditions
Fastpaced highpressure office environment.
Standard working hours based on a 40hour work week.
Additional working hours required as needed to complete assignments and projects on schedule.
Minimal travel as required for business needs.
