Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote FullTime Offshore with an American Client

We re a wellfunded highgrowth startup building the most impactful communication platform in retail banking. As a Customer Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving platform adoption satisfaction and longterm success for our clients.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of retail bank clients
Become a product expert guiding customers to maximize platform value aligned to their strategic goals
Lead onboarding training sessions and ongoing account support throughout the customer lifecycle
Drive adoption of new features through workshops webinars and customized engagements
Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and support needs
Identify atrisk accounts early and implement strategies to ensure retention and satisfaction
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Engineering Sales and Marketing teams to champion customer feedback and drive platform improvements
Own and update customer training materials and knowledge base documentation to reflect the latest product features
3 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or clientfacing roles in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience working with or supporting financial institutions especially in marketing digital engagement or technology
Familiarity with SaaS integrations APIs and platforms using SFTP or similar tools
Clear and confident communicator comfortable leading Zoom calls writing customer documentation and managing stakeholder expectations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced startup setting
Selfstarter who takes ownership seeks solutions and is eager to grow professionally
Proficient with tools like Salesforce HubSpot Gainsight or Zendesk
Experience working with U.S. community banks or credit unions
Background in banking digital transformation or lifecycle marketing
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
