As a Design and Technology Teacher (Textiles) youll be expected to deliver engaging creative and technically strong lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and 5. Youll inspire students to explore the possibilities of textile design develop their practical skills and think critically about aesthetics materials and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
As a Design and Technology Teacher (Textiles) you will:

• Deliver inspiring lessons in Textiles across KS3KS5 including ALevel classes.

• Support students in developing both traditional textile techniques and modern approaches.

• Guide students through projectbased learning coursework and exam preparation.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced Design and Technology Teachers (Textiles) to enhance the curriculum.

• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning and contribute to departmental planning and development.

• Engage with extracurricular activities such as fashion shows design clubs or competitions.
