Job Description
Grand Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PHP Developer to join our growing team in Cairo Egypt. This is a fulltime position offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development of cuttingedge web applications. As a Senior PHP Developer you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining our core platform and associated services. You will be working in a collaborative environment alongside other developers designers and product managers.
Responsibilities:
* Design develop and maintain highquality reusable and performant PHP code.
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of various components.
* Contribute to the development of architectural and design decisions.
* Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed code.
* Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues providing effective solutions.
* Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in PHP development.
* Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Senior PHP Developer with a strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles.
* Extensive experience with PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel Symfony).
* Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
* Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL).
* Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
* Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
