We are looking for a handson Sales Director (LED) for our client a leading electronics manufacturer looking to expand into the lightning industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the lightning industry and experience bringing in new accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth in core markets
- Proactively identify and secure lighting project opportunities to meet business objectives
- Conduct indepth market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisionmaking
- Lead the development of compelling sales presentations proposals and tender documents
- Deliver actionable market insights to support product innovation and market positioning
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders through consistent engagement
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Marketing Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least 15 years of relevant industry experience with a solid network and a strong track record in LED sales
- Demonstrated leadership negotiation and strategic planning capabilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
