We are looking for a handson Sales Director (Surveillance) for our client a leading electronics manufacturer. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of commercial efforts & requires someone with a strong network within the surveillance industry and a proven track record of securing and managing key customer accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to drive results in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for surveillance security camera products
- Identify onboard and manage channel partners—including distributors system integrators and reseller while cultivating strong longterm relationships to expand market reach and product visibility
- Conduct market analysis to uncover trends customer needs and emerging opportunities
- Keep partners informed with the latest product updates marketing initiatives and company developments
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors clients and key strategic partners
- Lead and manage the sales team by setting performance targets and monitoring results
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to position products effectively and drive targeted campaigns
- Work with the customer support team to ensure high standards of postsales service and longterm client satisfaction
- Drive contract negotiations secure deals and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Generate and analyze sales reports to support datadriven decisionmaking and strategic adjustments
- Represent the company at industry events trade shows and conferences to build networks and promote product offerings
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Marketing Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience with a strong industry network
- Proven success in sales leadership ideally within vision technology or surveillance security camera sectors
- Solid understanding of surveillance camera technologies and industry dynamics
- Strong leadership negotiation and communication capabilities
- Comfortable operating across diverse markets in a fastpaced global environment
- Proficient in CRM systems sales forecasting and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
