Job Description

QuickfirmX is hiring now for an international company s Tech Support Account based in 5th Settlement.

If you re fluent in English (B2/C1 this is your chance to join a global team with a strong salary and full benefits.

Job Details:

Position: Technical Support English Account
Work Type: Onsite 5th Settlement
Shifts: Night and Overnight 12:00 PM 9:00 AM rotational)
Salary: 17300 EGP Net
Language Requirement: English (B2/C1
Medical Insurance: Provided
Transportation: Provided
Start Date: Immediate

Interview Process:

First Stage: Online Interview
Second Stage: Onsite Interview 5th Settlement)

What We re Looking For:

Fluency in English (B2/C1
Ability to work night/overnight rotational shifts
Strong technical and communication skills
Call center or tech support experience is a plus
