This is a remote position.
The Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing administration of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts. This role ensures that customers are effectively connected with the appropriate contracts overseeing all aspects of the contract lifecycle to maximize compliance and optimize pricing accuracy.
In this role the GPO Contract Implementation Lead possesses deep knowledge of contract details and product inclusions enabling them to quickly determine contract applicability and resolve any discrepancies. They monitor pricing to proactively ensure accuracy addressing any issues related to contract load errors and maintaining strong relationships with distributors to fix price discrepancies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assign new customer onboarding requests to associates and oversee the setup of distributor accounts to establish a customerspecific supply chain
- Determine at the time of processing an order if any accessorial contracts need to be loaded to the customer profile
- Proactively contact current customers when licensing is due to expire to ensure no lapse in service or contract connections
- Ensure the Onboarding team is following up on daily tasks and tickets
- Proactively alert account managers when a new account does not have the necessary documentation to complete account setup with a particular vendor
- Effectively communicate with internal and external customers on status of onboarding requests
- Review team dashboards and KPIs weekly and provide insight to Director of Operations on gaps to be addressed or any issues that arise
- Regularly review GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) contracts for pricing and product updates
- Ensure all customer/vendor accounts are established within the timelines provided proactively report and remediate any delays
- Implementation of new contracts through the established GPO process.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in contract administration with a strong understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal effectively and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze contract terms pricing data and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with GPO partners distribution partners and internal teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract documentation pricing analysis and contract implementation.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate for favorable contract terms and resolve pricing discrepancies with distribution partners.
- Customercentric mindset with a focus on meeting customer needs and delivering value through GPO contracts.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities requirements and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
