Key Responsibilities
Support clients in planning and coordinating accommodation transportation and activities
Communicate effectively through phone and email
Collaborate with trusted vendors
Process payments generate invoices and deliver timely documentation to clients
Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions and arrangements
Troubleshoot client issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using technology tools and basic booking platforms
Selfstarter mindset
Adaptable to varying client needs
Prior experience in customer service project coordination or event planning is a plus but not required
