Job Description
Headmistress (CBSE) needed in a School in Hyderabad (Tellapur).
Immediate Joining.
Role
CBSE Headmistress high School plays a crucial role in managing the academic operations and maintaining the high standards of education in the school. The purpose of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the high school ensuring effective teaching and learning supporting teachers and ensuring the wellbeing of students. The person will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders including subject leaders parents and the administration to ensure smooth and efficient school operations as well as leading the effective administration of CBSE examinations.
Reporting to the Principal.
Responsible for around 400 CBSE students from Grade 8 to 12.
Anyone working as a Headmistress or Vice Principal Or Senior Coordinator for Senior Grades will be eligible.
Skills Required:
Should be very strong in CBSE norms.
Proven ability to manage and lead a diverse team of 60 plus teachers.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Deep understanding of CBSE curricula including examinations and assessment protocols.
Responsible for around 400 CBSE students from Grade 8 to 12.

Board Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of CBSE board operations and examinations.
