We are working exclusively with a prominent real estate investor in the UK and Ireland who is seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Manager. This role requires extensive experience in asset management and underwriting to support the strategic growth and management of their diverse real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets ensuring optimal performance and value creation. Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize returns and enhance property value.
- Conduct thorough underwriting of real estate investments including financial analysis risk assessment and due diligence. Evaluate potential acquisitions and dispositions to ensure alignment with investment goals.
- Monitor and analyse portfolio performance identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance asset value. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports including asset performance metrics forecasts and investment summaries. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors lenders and other stakeholders. Negotiate and manage contracts leases and agreements to ensure favourable terms and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten years experience in asset management and underwriting within the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Proven track record of managing and optimising real estate portfolios.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Relevant degree in Real Estate Finance Business or a related field.

Chartered Surveyor and a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance 7-10 years of experience in asset management in the real estate industry Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
