Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our client s IT infrastructure. If you have a strong background in IT support excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering topnotch customer service this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware software and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with firewall staging configuration and testing (prior experience preferred).
  • Document solutions and create user guides for common issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
  • Offer exceptional customer service with clear and professional communication.


Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
  • Basic knowledge of firewalls (staging configuration or troubleshooting is a plus).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS networking and hardware issues.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
  • English B1 (Basic reading/writing) ability to communicate technical issues.
  • Soft Skills: Customerfocused detailoriented and able to work under pressure.
