Job Description
As a Global Finance & Strategy Analyst youll be a key player in financial forecasting scenario planning and strategic decisionmaking. Youll collaborate with global crossfunctional teams including Operations Customer Facing Teams Product Development and Supply Chain to turn complex data into clear business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models and frameworks to track every aspect of the global business and use to evaluate growth initiatives capital investments pricing strategies and operational efficiencies.
- Support annual budgeting forecasting and longrange strategic planning processes.
- Lead innovation activities to improve the capture and analysis of business case information.
- Deliver insights through dashboards reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- Partner with functional leaders to track performance and identify improvement opportunities in all areas of the global business.
- Enhance the company wide adoption and utilization of analysis tools.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in both finance processes and business operations

Qualifications :
- 24 years of experience in an FP&A related role
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a connected field
- Advanced Excel and Office Skills; experience with financial modeling and scenario planning
- Proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking business acumen and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- A passion for sustainability innovation or agriculture is a big plus
