Looking for an experienced TA operations leader to manage systems process and data to ensure efficient talent acquisition.
- Strategic Planning and : Develop and implement longterm TA operational strategies that align with the organizations overall business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve the candidate experience.
- Technology Management: Oversee the selection implementation and utilization of TA technology tools (e.g. ATS sourcing platforms etc. to support the TA function.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the TA operations budget ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of TA operations such as timetofill costperhire and quality of hire.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide datadriven insights to improve TA strategies and decisionmaking.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead mentor and develop a team of TA operations professionals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (e.g. hiring managers HR) to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors such as staffing agencies and sourcing firms.

- Proven experience in TA operations preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of TA processes technologies and best practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
