Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to our executive team. This role requires someone who is detailoriented efficient and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Personal Assistant you will handle various administrative duties manage schedules and ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the executives schedule appointments and meetings.
Handle phone calls emails and correspondence.
Organize and prioritize tasks ensuring deadlines are met.
Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Maintain office organization and assist with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
