Job Description
As a Data Scientist Machine Learning Engineer at Unit4 you will help design develop and deploy machine learning models that drive innovation and efficiency in our software solutions. You will work closely with data engineers software developers and product managers to ensure our models are scalable robust ethically designed and aligned with business goals.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software engineers and product managers to support the design and integration of responsible ML solutions into company products.
- Design develop deploy and maintain machine learning models to solve diverse business challenges.
- Implement ML workflows using MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment.
- Ensure reproducibility performance reliability scalability and security of ML models in production.
- Implement responsible AI principles to ensure fairness accountability and transparency in AI solutions.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and MLOps.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics Physics or a related field.
- Masters degree in Data Science AI or a related field is desirable.
- Strong understanding and experience in machine learning and MLOps.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks.
- Experience with Azure ML lifecycle management tools (Azure Machine Learning Studio MLflow Databricks etc. and containerization tools (Kubernetes Docker).
- Experience working with big data technologies is a plus.
- Experience in data quality and compliance is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an agile and fastpaced development environment.
